The Post Graduate Program In Social Enterprise Management (PGPSEM) is offered by SIES College of Management Studies (SIESCOMS), Nerul, Navi Mumbai in association with Centre for Social Initiative and Management (CSIM).
The PGPSEM is envisioned to cater to the changing and growing social sector needs. It aims to make social work practice sustainable and effective by utilizing social entrepreneurship as a means. It imparts knowledge on various areas of management and their relevance to social sector. It enables budding social entrepreneurs to face challenging situations with strategic thinking. The first batch of the course was started in July 2005 and three batches have been successfully completed till date.
Who can enroll
The program is designed to support individuals, founders/trustees, staff of NGOs, CSR professionals and volunteers including home makers, retired persons and professionals through understanding the practical aspects of management. Those individuals aspiring to start their own social organizations will benefit to a great extent from this course.

Duration
The one-year weekend program is offered in three semesters. The course schedule comprises of weekend class room sessions at SIESCOMS campus at Nerul. There is a field-work component for participants in the first semester.
