Pradeep Kumar Narasimhan is a Social Development Specialist in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Housing for All (PMAY-HFA) project associated with Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board.
He pursued his PG Diploma in Social Enterprise Management that was offered by CSIM along with Loyola College in 2015. He attended the Master class in Social Accounting and Audit conducted by Social Audit Network (SAN), India and is a certified Social Accountant. Pradeep has a passion to serve society and imbibe social consciousness among youngsters. His interest in teaching Social Sciences and Social Entrepreneurship made him pursue his passion by serving as a Visiting Faculty various academic institutions as well as mentoring NGOs. He also served as a Language & Culture Trainer with Bosch Electrical Drives, Oragadam.
Pradeep excels in designing training programme and developing associated learning materials. He is experienced in identifying and understanding the training needs of individuals, groups and communities. As a dedicated Social Worker, he puts in continuous efforts to bring the voice of underprivileged communities to the limelight. He strongly believes social entrepreneurship will promote the social inclusion and transform the lives around the world.
His passion on continuous learning and updating himself on new ideas and innovation, made him adapt to the digital world in COVID-19 pandemic times. He supports and motivates the people to overcome their depression due to rapid spread covid-19 and fights against the spread of misleading information in social media platforms. He focuses on creating awareness on Information Literacy among the marginalised communities as he believes that an informed citizen will actively participate in decision making, as well as in democratic and societal development functions.
