For over 20 years his passion has been in helping people, organisations and Governments build solution centric cultures. His experience has driven him to define problems and design solutions for those problems. He does this through facilitation, organisation development, effectively using new media marketing and interaction with all stake holders at both ends of the spectrum.
He is the Bal Utsav, Child Empowerment Foundation India, Facilitator Guide and Many Hands.
He is also a former consultant to the Karnataka Knowledge Commission (Government of Karnataka) – a high powered commission constituted under the chairmanship of renowned space scientist Dr K. Kasturirangan. The Commission works with and for the Government in policy making and implementation.
